Friday

We made it through our first full week! I was very impressed by our fantastic fifth grade writers. They seem very excited and enthusiastic. Ask your student what list they chose for journal writing this week.

We did make it through the week with NO HOMEWORK! I appreciate your support in reinforcing positive classroom behaviors. If solid expectations are set in the beginning of the school year, we will have fewer disruptions in learning. I am happy to say that every fifth grader has made an effort to make good choices.

Have a wonderful weekend and don't forget that Monday is a holiday! Enjoy your labor Day.
