There is no homework for the weekend except that you must, muST, MUST find a book for silent reading. Something you can stick with and hopefully enjoy. If you do not have a choice on Monday, I will make the choice for you and you will be required to stick with it.

Tonight's Homework:
Writing/Reading: You must have a book you are reading for pleasure! Have it in your desk.
Math: Worksheet 1.4 Comparing numbers
Spelling: Test Tomorrow. We had spelling centers today. Some students did not take advantage of the study time and consequently I assigned definitions of the spelling words as homework. For those that used their time wisely, it won't be much work.
The spelling words are:
1. blunder
2. cancel
3. continuous
4. distribute
5. document
6. fragile
7. myth
8. reject
9. scuffle
10. solitary
11. temporary
12. veteran
