SCIENCE: Buckle Down Book pages 6-11. We will cover the material in the morning. There are still a couple of people who need to turn in a signed project sheet for our periodic table project. Everyone who has turned it in, has picked elements and copies of the sheet went home today. We will start research tomorrow!

2. Study Pirkei Avot Perek 2, Mishna 5.
3. Mishna Test on Thursday!

Monday

This was our first day of writer's workshop with Amy Greenberg. The sessions went very well, and I think everyone has some great starts for fabulous fiction writing. Please be aware that your student will be doing a lot of writing over the next 2 weeks and the homework assigned may be a little light. Enjoy the break!

Also, a project sheet for science went home with the newsletter Friday. I need a signed sheet for your student to pick their elements. Very few students turned in their sheets today! For those that did choose their elements, a copy will go home tomorrow along with the balance that come in tomorrow. Please do not forget! Wednesday will be a research day. Everyone should know their assignment by then.
